Recuperar password no Ubuntu

No ubuntugeek existe uma pequena dica sobre como recuperar a password de um utilizador em ubuntu.

- no boot do grub carregar ESC

- seleccionar o kernel que desejamos iniciar

- pressionar e

- na linha que inicia com kernel pessionar e novamente

- no fim da linha adicionar rw init=/bin/bash

- pressionar enter e b para efectuar o boot

- o sistema entra em shell

-  executar passwd username

- reiniciar e entrar com nova password

Proteger o GRUB

Editar o file /boot/grub/menu.lst

password password para proteger
